an apartment including but not limited to an application and
verification of such application information. The waiting list is
based on date chronological order. If we contact you more than three
times for an apartment and you refuse such apartment, your name will
be placed on the inactive list, meaning that we will not contact
you for future apartment openings. In order for you to be considered
for future apartment openings you must contact us at 303-424-8132 to
be placed again on the active list.
All applicable spaces must be
completed for the application to be considered.
